How to RSVP to an event — no account required.

How to RSVP

  • You do not need an account — no sign-up required
  • Open the invite link sent by the organiser
  • Enter your name and select Attending or Not attending
  • Answer any questions the organiser has included on the form
  • Click Submit RSVP — you will see a confirmation once it is received

Bringing Extra Guests

  • If your invitation includes a personal RSVP link, click or tap Need to bring more people? on the RSVP form
  • Enter the number of extra adults and/or children you would like to bring
  • The organiser will review your request and approve or decline it
  • If the option is not shown, you may be using a general event link rather than a personal invite link

RSVP Page Not Working?

  • "RSVPs are now closed" — the RSVP window has ended; contact the organiser directly
  • "This event requires a personalised invite link" — use the personal link or QR code from your invitation
  • "Page not found" — check the link with the organiser in case it has changed
  • "Too many attempts" — wait 15 minutes before trying more invitation codes
  • If you are having trouble submitting, try a different browser or device

After You RSVP

  • After submitting you will see a confirmation screen with the option to Add to calendar — this works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook
  • If you provided your email address when RSVPing, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to view or update your response
  • If you did not provide an email address, screenshot your confirmation screen or save your invite link as a record

Changing or Cancelling Your RSVP

  • Open your original invite link and submit a new response — it will replace your previous one
  • If the RSVP deadline has passed you can still view your response but cannot make changes
  • If you need to change your RSVP after the deadline, contact the event organiser directly

Your Privacy

  • Your RSVP responses are only visible to the event organiser
  • Other guests cannot see your responses
  • You are not required to create an account or provide payment details
